Mrs. De Benedetti, a Rogue
Valley resident for more than 30 years, has an extensive background in
real estate, law, construction, code administration, floodplain management
and consulting. Her experience includes environmental quality, building
inspections, planning, zoning, floodplain and building plan review. Lois
has served as a City Planner, a Building Official and a Para-legal
specializing in estates and real estate.
